Positions
Background checks are required for each volunteer that serves at SFMC. We are also able to provide free malpractice insurance for our medical professionals serving at the clinic through the Federal Torte Claims Act. This process takes 6-8 weeks to complete once privileging is done with the clinic.
Job descriptions are available for each position at the clinic to assist our volunteers in selecting the position(s) that best suit them. Whenever possible we encourage our volunteers to be cross-trained in a variety of service opportunities.
